Can anyone give me an advice if i should mod my 1992 lexus? Like should i change the exhaust and othere things?

92 lexus, leave it!

lexus suppose to be quiet and luxurious, you do anything other then lowering it and "vip" would totally mess it up.

i love the old school es',

if i WERE to mod it, i'd get a in dash dvd player and new speakers. put some oem lexus 17-18" stockers with spacers on it and voila.
