It would be a better idea if you go do some researching before you jump into the course.
This course is a crediting course, maybe a requirement for new police trainings.
If you want to work for impark or other companies which gives parking tickets, you'd better go and check up with them with their requirements.

I had a buddy who worked parking enforcement in and around Granville Island and he needed no qualifications

im trying to work for the city as a by law enforcer, that program does say you can take it if you want a career in that field. Just wondering if anyone here has actually taken it

I know someone who does bylaw enforcement for the city. No course required. No experience required. They train you.

you should look at the qualifications for the job description before you spend your money
