excuse my ignorance. the post says the tires have at least 40% thread on them still but by the pictures, they look rather worn. is that just how the tires are made (to look like slicks)? and how well would they work on the streets. any fender clearance issues also?

They are R-compound tires that I used for track days, they are not street tires therefore they are not designed to have deep treads.
