http://www.facebook.com/reqs.php#!/e...4503257&ref=nf

but its $125 now, which is waaay more than id ever pay to see him at gossip.

BinsentoW 02-20-2010 07:56 AM

ya, when i saw it, it was already $125. Did it start at 100 or lower?

trip 02-20-2010 07:57 AM

FUCKING $150 after fees

started at 100

Ulic Qel-Droma 02-20-2010 01:19 PM

deadmau5 isnt worth that much, at all.

2 n r 02-20-2010 03:39 PM

that price is ridicutlous
and its probably because u "die hard" deadmau fans lined up for some livecity shit that they figure ull be willing to pay that much

trancehead 02-20-2010 04:15 PM

Not worth it over AVB pricewise.

The_AK 02-23-2010 02:03 PM

Not worth it, friend went to deadmau5 at yaletown last friday and said the show sucked and was boring. Would rather spend that much to see a real dj play, Armin

LiquidTurbo 02-23-2010 02:18 PM

LOL. I heard ppl were lining up at midnight the night before his yaletown show. WTF? Is this guy THAT good live?

Razor Ramon HG 02-23-2010 03:51 PM

What I hate the most is that people that have never even heard of Deadmau5 suddenly decided to go to his Livecity show because it's a "cool" thing to be at. Not that many people are going to pay that much to see him over the likes of Armin.

BlackV62K2 02-23-2010 04:27 PM

^ Deadmau5 sells out all the time here but it's never as expensive as it is this time around.

Or you know, people heard that he's a pretty sick DJ, and very few of the other acts were worth the time....

bcrdukes 02-23-2010 07:38 PM

I'd rather pay $100 to see Ulic play.

tonyvu 02-23-2010 08:53 PM

deadmau is definitely NOT worth 150

LOL thanks, you might be a bit disappointed, but hey, you'll be hanging with me, that's worth 100 alone. HAHA!

At least I can say, "I know the DJ!" :D

yogenfruz 02-26-2010 04:28 PM

Anyone able to post up some tracks of a few other DJ's in here? Been looking to spread out from Deadmau5 for a while. He gets old, fast.

604DREAMER 03-01-2010 01:51 PM

I got invited to go to Deadmau5 at the last minute & I wished I had stayed at home instead :/ The music he was spinning was just so bad. He should be called Badmau5, totally overrated! The guy that opened for Deadmau5 played way better music. Deadmau5 would play songs that was just so slow & chopping up tunes, it just didn't make any sense. You can't dance to the music he was playing. It was cute tho he wore his headpiece with the antlers from the closing ceremony, but never again will I go to a Deadmau5 show.

AAnthony 03-01-2010 02:14 PM

Shiiit!!! wasn't expecting a review like that for a $150 show....

tiger_handheld 03-01-2010 02:15 PM

all u guys who complain about price being too high - why not buy it at the lower price instead of waiting till the last min?

if you know u r not going at 50$ - then why would u try to buy it at 150?
hell if i'm a maybe for $50 - id buy it and try to resell it for even $75 if things dont fall through..

604DREAMER 03-01-2010 02:31 PM

I didn't have to pay. Even if the show was free I wouldn't go!

Mmmm I see your point but for me deadmau5's greatest strength is his versatility. Some people love it some people don't (your case). I especially like how he's been switching up his styles lately. But i totally agree $100 (starting price wasn't it?) was wayyyy too high and just a cash grab for the bandwagoners who couldn't get in to the free event and think he's worth that much.

Ulic Qel-Droma 03-01-2010 07:49 PM

lol c'mon, we all know kaskade made deadmau5 internationally famous.

kaskade was the gunpowder in the bullet, deadmau5 was just the shell.

lol, my friend went to Deadmau5 at Yaletown, used a similar name to call him; "DeadA55" because his djing was shit. Good producer, bad dj.

Richmond69er 03-02-2010 09:53 AM

I first saw deadmau5 at pemberton fest, and i must say he rocked the show.
