Mini-Moding?

I'm just bringing this up out of curiosity, since there's a member that stalks one of the sections whose posts are consistently ones that a mod would say. How do the mods of RS look upon regular members who warn as if they're a mod themselves, especially if said members posts consist nearly completely of nit-picking through incorrectly done FS threads?

I know that mods have a lot of shit to deal with on the boards, but are members who mini-mod a positive contribution to the forum, or just nit-picky tryhards hungry for a mod position?

NOTE: people saying "Repost" is fine. No one likes seeing the same shit like 40 times.

people saying repost is fine the FIRST time, not repeating or "reposting" the same god damn message over and over and over, or vertically.

now as for your idea or concept of mini-modding, as a contributing member of RS, shouldn't it be a norm for the betterment of the site? People that regularly help mods are appreciated, whether they be mod-position-hungry (if so. apply to be mod with rb), or generally HELPFUL in a community.

why is this even a question?

there is nothing wrong with either 2, unless you are on the opposite side of the fence.
