Castrol TWS 10W60 - where to buy

Hey guys, Wondering if anyone has any places where you can get TWS 10w60. Most M cars use it (M3/M5/M6). You can get it from across the border but you will get nailed on customs, so what im wondering if anyone knows any good local places to get it, that will sell it for a good price.

From my experience :

Autowest BMW - $20 a liter, they claim its their best price they can do.
Brian Jessel - $18 a liter, was able to get it a bit cheaper but wont disclose how.
Park Shore- $14 a liter is their list price!! What a freakin rip off from everywhere else, i was told i could get it for around 12$ a liter thru my work + no gst.

Tischer sell an oil change kit, for 100$ USD shipped to anywhere in the states, it includes 8 liters of oil + filter, while its a good price, having to pay 30$ in tax at the border + gas to drive down to point roberts it doesnt seem like such a great deal anymore.

Tischer is probably your best bet..

I usually fill up in pt roberts anyways while i pick stuff up; I save about 30c a liter, and it's only 20kms away from my house. Given that we have 70L tanks, the gas savings alone is almost worth it.

Ebay sucks, most places wont ship to Canada. My friend picked up 4 oil change kits from Tischer and got nailed on taxes when he came across the border. I have a friend who lives 30 minutes from the border, im just going to start changing my oil at his house.
