It's funny you know... just about every single person I know that watches the show, HATES Walter now. Not just dislike, actually HATE him and what he's become.
I think it's a fantastic progression of this character. I mean, you go back and watch some episodes from season one or even two, it's night and day, and I friggin' love it.
I'm NOT happy about waiting until next summer to finish watching the rest of the season though!

lol, fck I stay away from this thread until I see the latest episode... just finished watching the episode and now I'm all up in this bitch....
and yes.... RIP Mikey, you was a true OG, respect...
and as far as waiting until next summer, we'll have Game of Thrones, Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, Living Dead to keep us cool until then so we're all good, all these shows are top notch

Mike did say that Walt was a ticking time bomb. He had so many chances to kill him. I'm really interested to see how this half season will leave us hanging.

I don't understand the hatred towards Skyler. She is playing the part perfectly. It's a natural reaction to protect your kids and be super paranoid when you live with someone so dangerous especially when you're so powerless and can't do anything about it and can't tell anyone.
Jessie is handling the situation differently, more passively since he doesn't have anyone close to him around Walt so I guess he is less annoying and more likeable. | |

Sometimes it seems even the writers just throw this out the window and ignore that it happened. And I do like Jesse but it kills me how he has miraculously become smart and level headed suddenly and how he escapes a lot of the blame when he should shoulder most of it.

yeah if you look at it all at once, this season is kind of out of whack compared to the rest of the show. Admittedly Jesse is clean now, but he was always a moron and a loser.

With my logic i dont understand the timeline they are trying to achieve.
Season 1, he turns 50.
Season 5 Part1, there was a flash forward he turns 52.
Season 5 Part1, he turns 51.
Season 5 Part2, he turns 52?
what the fuck is a split season over 2 years? Im about to Break Bad waiting for the damn show to air again after next weeks 8th and final episode.... (after waiting 10 months to watch 8 episodes to have to wait another 10 months to finish the last 8 episodes?)
