Microsoft Office is available for Symbian Belle now
not officially available for the N8 yet since the C isn't big enough to install Office
but if your phone is hacked you can download Office and its other Components that i posted about before (broadcast lync skydrive etc) and install the bulk of the file onto your E
Finally got around to flashing my n8 to get belle Dukes, you were right, belle interface, but it says it's still on Anna when you check the phone settings

if you have a certificate/key for your phone you can sign the belle fp1 apps and just install them no issues
the problem is the only place that was giving people certificates for their phones stopped doing it awhile ago :/
but yeah other than that you'll need to hack I hacked mine even though i got a certificate its easy and no problems and you can install a lot of mods that you wouldnt be able to even with a .cer
