wrong name on police file? so my friend was convicted and was given a conditional discharge. the only thing is, the name that was in the court document and all the other documents were not spelled correctly, he never had to submit any official documents when they arrested him.. and the name they entered into the computer was spelled incorrectly. so therefore all the court documents and everything else is spelled incorrectly, so technically is there a record under HIS name, if he never submitted any official documents with his name sin passport # DL # etc etc, nor did he went about correcting the error in the files |
why don't "your friend" just call the police station to ask. |
coz he's stupid :) and dunno exactly what to say |
just spelling but nothing major right? im sure the cops can get that fixed, if not, the courts can. however, if its something big like Chan and spelled Wong, he technically didnt get arrested or sued... lol |
it's 1 letter but it's now a completely different word. it's not like Bryan and Brian where it still read and pronounce the same. it's like eg Bay and Jay |
