Looking for a boot camp
I work 9-7.30 daily, so most exercise classes are out for me, and I have neither the inclination nor the confidence to get my ass to a gym--so a boot camp style program would seem to be ideal for me. I'm looking for something that starts around 6.30, since I live in North Burnaby, and it seems there's nothing up here.
I found one that's in South Burnaby, but it starts at 6AM and I'm clarless--can't get there bussing that early. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me? I've got no problem commuting, and I'm looking for something 2-3 days a week. I'm kind of a pinner, so I'm looking to get my strength and endurance up.
