Exclamation Avatar help

Hi there

I keep getting the invalid file error when changing my avatar.
It says Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 175 by 300 pixels or 244.1 KB (whichever is smaller).

Whats wrong with this picture?

There's been a lot of 'provocative' Avatars lately. Hope RS does something to perhaps change that. It makes SFW threads become NSFW.

^ If you are at school or work or in a public place, just turn off avatars in your settings options. And if you are at home, it should not really matter if it is NSFW or not, if it does matter do the same as the first.
