Like... YVR, I remember seeing them in airports before, don't remember specifically if YVR has them.

Shoppers Drug Mart. They only have them at certain times of the year.

I bought one a few years ago from the SDM on 12th and Oak. It was like $80 and I think it's only available closer to Halloween/Xmas time.
