Question on court finding
 

i got a speeding and disputed last may-june and i did not receive a court date.


during this time i moved and i faxed them to change my address and its almost a year now and i have no received a court date from them.

i did a quick search on court services online
and it read

Date time was Oct 13th, 2009 at 10:45am ... so i guess i missed it..

but the Results reads "END"
and the finding "withdrawn"

does anyone know what this means ?
does this mean the crown decided to withdraw the charges on me ?
