Yup, comes with the studs and the nuts. All you need to do is bolt your wheels on afterwards.

Two sold! One left. $110 takes it away!!!

And I don't believe that these will fit the Lexus. The hub centric thing is made for Honda hubs. The actual spacer will fit as long as the IS250 has a bolt patter of 5x114.3 and a thread pitch of 12x1.5 but it wont be flush with the center hub.

Yes, it is only one pair. good for one axle or two wheels/hubs.
