BAC level below 0.05 and driving
So i read in a different thread that if your BAC is between 0.05 and 0.08 you can still be charged with something. I was watching a video about a police officer in Hamilton explaining how you can still get charged with "impaired driving" even if your BAC is below the legal limit. Does this apply to BC as well?
Say for example, I drink one beer and my BAC is below 0.05. If a police officer pulls me over, will I still be charged with anything?
