BCAA Vehicle Inspection

How would you rate this service out of 10, and does it make it the deciding factor on buying your next car?

Looking for feedback, thanks!

to be honest, i wouldnt buy a car by those reports. those reports are just unreal sometimes, ive had to deal with them alot because customers would bring that report to the shop and i'd just look and half of whats on there isnt true, but again they are just covering them selfs from further problems. my personal opinion dont buy the just by looking at their report. get a shop to look at it.

i sold a car recently where the buyer isssued a BCAA inspection. The tech who came to inspect the car was very polite, and thorough. The inspect consists of something like 120 different points. I had the entire under carriage of the car sprayed with fluid film, basically an undercoating. The inspection said that the transfer case seal needed to be replaced because it was leaking. The car was not leaking anything, it was just undercoating that looks wet. Even if you touch it, it wasnt ATF red colour. They are very thorough as mentioned to cover their ass if anything happens.
