Need help with Japanese IME

So, I'm doing some designs with Kanji and I've got a bunch of cool japanese unicode fonts installed. The character I want is Kai (sea, http://japanese.about.com/library/blkod94.htm).

I've got Jap IME installed so basically I just need to know how input the correct glyph combination to make this character!

Please help, I know in this community there's gotta be a Jap here that knows windows ime!

Thanks.
