Sports blisters Recently I've started playing soccer and I get the nastiest blisters on my feet. They take few days to dry up and then il peel away the hard skin and the following week after a game il get a brand new blister in the same spot. This happens on more than one pair of cleats. Anything I can try to prevent blisters or take care of them properly? Thx Posted via RS Mobile |
Wear double socks or tape up your feet. |
Should've seen the ones that i got after the marathon. Wow......Not shitting you, the blister was the length of my thumb. |
Mines like a vagina lol with blisters on toes too haha but I bought some tape other day and after one game it worked pretty well no blisters Posted via RS Mobile |
if it's always the same pair of shoes, get rid of them and get a better fitting pair. in the mean time moleskin is what you use to prevent blisters. |
better socks |
Happened to me. You just aren't used to playing yet. Once you get used to it, you won't get blister's anymore. I usually wear soccer socks, rarely do I wear double layer. |
