i like 2%. I just eat it as is. Good as a bedtime snack (especially since I dont get off work till well, now)

Any info on bakers cheese? I see it sold next to cottage cheese.

I recently chopped up some green onions and put in slices of cucumber - turned out to be a very refreshing afternoon snack!
