Pork Rind Chips for Chicharrón

My crew just recently got a turkey deep fryer.

Wings come out of it amazing, but I think it's time I started branching out.

Does anybody know where I can find myself some pork rind chips so I can make fresh Chicharrón?

cheers and thanks

not off topic, totally relevant to marking rinds without smelling up your house.

Turkey Deep Fryer @ Canadian Tire

Burner gets incredibly hot. Hot enough to smoke saflower oil.
Perfect for doing chicago blue steaks on a cast iron plate.
Will post pictures one day.

Cool, sounds good. I'll scout out superstore.

Are there any south american grocery stores around?
