Want to buy long-coat chihuahua, any breeder recommendations?

I've been searching everywhere online for a reputable and ethical dog breeder close to Vancouver here. But I'm having such a hard time finding one, so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I'm looking for a long-coat male chihuahua puppy, that looks like... the one shown at the bottom of this website.

Is there any reason why you haven't considered purchasing from Dewdrops, the owner/breeder of that site? Rosemary is an ethical + reputable breeder. You just might have to be put on the waiting list for such a pup, but for the wait, I feel it's worth it. And from what I know (I'm a Chihuahua owner who used to show this breed in shows and I'm familiar with this breed's breeders), she is probably your best bet if you want to be able to visit the breeder's home since she is in Delta. Most reputable breeders usually don't have pups looking for homes right away because they have homes lined up for their pups well in advance...and their waiting lists can be long.

I guess I'm just impatient and want one sooner than November. Well if you recommend her then I'm sure she's worth the wait. =) thanks!
