With the request of some valid members of the sports and fitness thread, i decided to make a sticky thread for all the questions that get asked more or less every day and basically the same question, how to gain weight, what is the best weight gainer, were to buy supps and what exercises to do ect ect

This is for help instead of asking in the sports thread how do i gain weight, or how to load creatine
i will start with some popular subjects!!!

Bulking tips

were to buy supplements online

Mass Gainers

those are top 5 weight gainers, no wonder u guys are crying about mutant mass its shit

Creatine 101
^ those are some solid creatine products to look into

got the creatine now what do it do ???

there are some tips on loading and maintaining creatine

<---- great one even iff you cant do it amazingly heavy

Multi Vitamin

Body Weight Exercises

It's not the steroids that makes the champion but it's hard training .. dedication, the diet and sacrifice and genetics that person has.. what makes the champion.
