Where to order cheap airline ticket to LA?

I need to go to LA (LAX) on Sept 2 or 3 and come back on maybe sept 6 or 7
Are there any deals for return trip back to Vancouver (YVR)?
Anything cheaper than $370 round trip? Need to order 2 tickets

Please reply or PM me.

Use Kayak.com to search for flights from all airlines. I found round-trip tickets on those dates for $288/pp after taxes & fees. Both flights are direct and are codeshare with Air Canada so they'll be reasonably pleasant.

Sept 2: Continental Airlines Flight 3506, departs YVR at 10:30am
Sept 7: Continental Airlines Flight 3511, departs LAX at 6:55pm

Kayak is almost ALWAYS the best way to find flights.

honestly just using westjets website, I found $489 including all taxes baggage fees, picking seating early etc etc, for 2 people round trip, so 245ish/person. I just checked everyday, and one day I lucked out and it was really cheap.

I know your post indicates Vancouver but if you wanna save $ you can always fly from Bellingham.

For $300 CDN a round-trip flight to/from Vancouver and Los Angeles on Continental Airlines is excellent, considering this is high season too, you'll be hard pressed to find a better and cheaper fair.

That's a good price, but when you search via Kayak.com you'll see the prices from all airlines (including budget carriers)... so if Westjet was offering a cheaper fare, Kayak would display it.

I would be shocked if you could find a fare significantly lower than $288 leaving from Bellingham... and even if it is a bit cheaper, you have to factor in the nuisance associated with drive time, border lineups, and airport parking.

(Sometimes you can save money going from Bellingham or Seattle, no doubt, but it's unlikely the OP would save any money at all in this case.)

Do you have a link or can you provide details for that flight? My Hotwire searches for those dates yielded no results at all. Are you sure you aren't looking at flights out of Seattle?

I searched their website... they are not flying that route (or all flights are full) between Aug 29 and Sept 19.

Allegiant flights to Los Angeles are seasonal.

I believe it's the runway construction going on at that time (Sept 1-22)
