I think toll should be in effect when project is completed. NOT when new bridge is open. (which is only portion of the project)

Fuck, I drive there everyday... I'm assuming it'll be a toll bridge like the Golden Ears one? I can get around that...

when it opens in late 2012 it'll have 8 out of 10 lanes completed and there will be tolls on those 8 lanes...... $3 each way (according to ctv)
I bet Patullo will be even more crowded when the new port mann opens... even if it's 3/4s open
