*RS ISLAND OLDTIMERS/END OF SUMMER MEET* SEPT 3, 2010!!

So i have been getting interest from quite a few old timer RS members that we need to have a reunion/ end of summer meet to reconnect with old faces, meet new faces to chat and mingle like we once use to. To some of newer members, you may look at our Island forums and say, "wow this place is pretty dead, whats the point of even having a Island section??" Well keep in mind that Revscene.Net has been around since almost 1998 when it was still on the old EZ board Forums, so RS.Net, especially on the island side has had a rich source of stories, experiences and vast array of interesting members.

Those who once filled these forums with stories of throwing down on the track with their new setups and new toys for the rides, are now spending a great deal of time investing in their families, careers and houses instead of their cars. Although the transition from cars to houses has left these forums somewhat of a ghost town, the drive and excitement still burns within each and everyone one of us and maybe in years down the road when life slows down and our priorities can slide away a little to let our inner child come back out, may the younger folks will see those that established these forums years ago, once again.

Until then, we will try and unite everyone for a one night event to share those stories once again and allow the young ones within the new tuner group to discuss and story tell with those that use to rip up the streets and race tracks.

So come one, come all and have a blast. We hope to see you there!!

Where: Save-on Foods Tim Hortons Location
When: 9pm Sept 3, 2010
Who: Anyone Young and Old
Why: Why not? :P

No sign up list required, just show and have a good time.

Thanks all.

P.S: throw this around and tell your friends. It should be a good night.

Jas

Cav is no more dude.

Pretty much just need to pull some more nitrous stuff and interior bits and I can send the rest of it to the scrapheap.
