My prediction for next episode is they let the prisoner escape so the are forced to kill him. This way it does not look like an execution but it gets the job done.

The copy I downloaded fucked up and cut the audio.

Since the Governor was announced to be in the next season a lot of things seem to be headed towards what happens in the comic
