Random numbness in back

Has this ever happened to anyone else or know what it could be? occasionally i get this random numbness/tingling feeling by the top right corner of my back. It doesnt hurt or anything, but rather its an odd numb feeling. It started happening about 3 years ago after working, where sometimes we had to lift boxes, throw out heavy bags of trash. so I thought maybe i might have pulled something.

Since i've stopped working there, it hasnt really happened too often, just randomly sometimes. Lately its been starting to happen again. My new job that I started a month ago now also requires occasional lifting, so that could be a reason for it occurring again. I was also involved in a minor car accident on Friday, so could that be another reason?

I get exact thing and still dont know haha, I guess its from lifting improperly and hurting your back, always happen to me when i lift heavy and forget to stretch. Maybe its a reoccuring injury from your minor car accident, who knows, but those seem to be the most logical.

lifting heavy objects may have misaligned your spinal cord. also, adding pressure to the spine may pinch a nerve, making your back numb since nerve cells need to send signals and receive them for sensation. stop lifting heavy objects and get an xray for your back. see the doctor first.
