saw this slammed passat wagon at timmies tonight, heard the loud ass bov as well,sounded like a vr6.. pics not that great but it was really nice, paint looked really fresh as well

i joined the forum so i could comment on this post
it's definitely a wicked ride

it's not a VR6 though, it's a G60 4 cylinder (supercharged) with some goodies from Bahn Brenner

My Passat! :D

It's not much really. More or less a stock G60 for now with the boost recirc line disconnected so it vents to atmosphere (the "BOV" sound), and a smaller charger pulley that creates about 10psi at 2000rpm and 14psi at 3400rpm. :D

Jeff, no worries about whoring it out - I'll do the same!

Yep, it's "that" Timmy's. :p They don't seem to care, 'cause numerous times I've gone there at night with only my city lights on and they haven't said anything. One time though a cop told me I need a front plate or he'd ticket me next time. Peckerhead.

To be honest, I'm more worried about getting in/out of that Timmy's - everyone outside can hear me coming/going! :rofl:
