What are the new Drinking Driving Laws
some new laws came into affect september 1. anyone know where i can find the new ones?

its something like the .08 does not exist anymore or something like that...

The new laws come into effect September 20th. Driving over 80mg% is still a Criminal Code offense. The only thing that really changes starting on the 20th is the punishment for a 215 (be it a "WARN" or a "FAIL").
