Great Real Estate Search Engine
Take a look at this search engine:

Vancouver Real Estate Search Engine

It has all of the Active listings and a lot of information:
- Interior and Exterior Photos
- Features and Descriptions
- Walk Scores
- Google Street view and Aerial View
- Schools and Parks

Plus you can schedule a viewing right from your computer.

I've pushed Project Marketing to the side. Developer's are waiting for the existing supply as well as their standing unsold inventory to dry up.

It doesn't make sense to launch something unless it's a great location and the land was bought cheap.

Plus our daughter arrived on September 11th so I want to be closer to home and work my own schedule.

How are things?

Arrived as in just born....or the other arrived? In both cases...congratulations.

Things are going good...started up a group where we can cut our cost for advertising, focus a little bit on more of the demographic we want to...etc. Ever since, we've all been busy....but our site isn't even remotely as functional as yours. But yeah...business and marketing wise, things are going great....hoping to bring ourselves to the next level by the new year and soforth.

It's a work in progress but a lot of my clients prefer it over MLS.ca/Realtor.ca.
