Audi R8 GT crash :(

http://jalopnik.com/5656180/this-use...-an-audi-r8-gt

Quote:
According to police, this Audi R8 GT suffered at the hands of a 63-year-old German owner who lost control of the car, hit the guard rail, bounced off, hit another guard rail, and eventually stopped approximately 1,300 feet later. The owner survived. The car channeled its inner Italian sports car and lit up like a roadie for My Morning Jacket at Burning Man. This leaves just 332 examples left.
NNNNNNOOOOOO!!!!!

The ignition point and burning temperature of the engine, body and interior are all below the temperature at which tires explode.

Does this terrify anyone else? Thats not a very high temperature.

I guess Audi doesn't want any of these to have any repair claims in the accident history?
