You can find scrap booking stores all over but Walmart or Zellers will have them. Hallmark for nicer ones

There isn't anywhere at Seattle Premium Outlets as far as I know.

Inexpensive Drafting chairs like these 
Not going to be used much (20-30min/day) thus no need for super high end ones like aerons etc. Need seat height to be about 31"++.

Angel might if you ask them nicely at their retail store, but if they don't know you, then you may be SOL.
Small fish like saba, with a silvery belly and a blue or black back must be pickled or cooked. If you do want to eat them raw, you must eat them within hours of harvest, so in Vancouver, we cannot eat them raw. Sometimes Angel will get some flown in from Japan or California, but the quality is for the most part marginal at best...the Japanese chefs I worked with said that the fresh Aji (Spanish Mackerel) served in sushi restaurants in Vancouver would not be used in Japan.
