I need to find solid steel tubes -- preferable ~1/2-inch diameter and ~4 feet long.

Anyone know where I can find that locally? Preferably for not too much $$?

wot?

Doesn't get much cheaper than re-bar if it doesn't have to be smooth on the outside. You can try metalmart though.

Metal Supermarket in Burnaby, they have a bunch of really cheap oddball pieces in bins (you might get lucky and find the piece you're after), but I'm sure they have what you are looking for fresh off the racks.

We buy all of our stock from there.

There's this Mexican grocery store on Kingsway (I forget the name) quite sure they sell them if it's still there. I believe it's next to Congee Noodle King.

Failing that, Killarney Market on 49th and Elliott sells them.

Does anyone know where I can buy these 3m round double sided sticky mount for my dashcam suction cup [IMG]. I know I can get it on ebay, aliexpress etc..
But I do not want to wait 1 month for it. My dashcam suction mount does not stick properly so I am looking for an alternative to make it stick. If anyone has other ideas please tell me

Thanks

something like this,
Princess auto, a pack with like 5 different prying tools was like 12 bucks or w/e.

They work flawlessly. Can't believe I never picked up a set of these till only a little while back. Could have saved many broken clips and frustrations...

A long shot, but is there a place I can buy a longer version of this:

Particularly for an XFX video card. The one it came with was too short to put the low-pro VGA bracket on the back side of the card.

XFX sells a kit with a longer one but from Google I could not find a local retailer:

XFX Low Profile Bracket Kit Model MA-BK01-LP1K - Newegg.ca

I'm 90% sure daiso has it in the little car aisle. Its actually more of a foam pad but it works the same. The automotive store in metro (near t&t) also has it I believe.
