Elk steak or any sort of game meats (croc, ostrich, kangaroo, etc) could be found at some place in Coquitlam.
Certified Organic Meats, Game Meats, Specialty Products - Alligator, Bison, Elk, Beef, Chicken - Hills Foods

I've never been there yet but I had considered buying their "game meat package" with a variety of different meats before.

Lee Valley Tools sells the parts. The movement, the hands, and even the numbers. All you need is anything to place it on. Flat piece of wood, plastic, glass, stone, you name it. Just drill the hole, lol.

I took an old, loud as hell, clock and replaced the fricken movement with a silent, coninuous sweep movement.

Clock Kits/Parts - Lee Valley Tools - Woodworking Tools, Gardening Tools, Hardware Supplies

Continuous Sweep Clock Movements - Lee Valley Tools

Check out the "I'm Retired" clock kit. I need that one, hee hee.

Where can I get smooth hose clamps like this one? Tried Lordco Langley and they don't have it. Need a small one, approximately 5/16" in diameter

Spoiler!
Spoiler!

Not commonly found in that small a size.

You're looking for a non-perforated band clamp. "Ideal Triton" makes two which fit your requirements. Min diameter 5/16, max 5/8". 53302-0016 or 53303-0016 is their part number, but you'll find that most dealers renumber them. Often known as an "ideal" hose clamp. NAPA carries the Triton brand, but I don't know if they have those two part numbers in their system.

You should be able to get 613006751, which is a 06-sized hose clamp with liner. Does the same thing as you're looking for really. Fits 1/4" to 3/8" hose...which means the ID is going to be larger than your specified 5/16. If you're clamping 5/16 hose, though, you'll be fine.

Your other option is to go with a Fuel Injection Hose clamp. These are available in different sizes, and should go down to the size you need. Certainly if you're doing 5/16 hose there is NO problem. NAPA, Lordco and Canadian Tire all have them, bring 'em a photo so they know what you're talking about. Can't find them on Can Tire's website, but I know for a fact that they carry them. Come in blister packs of 4 or 5, usually in the "help" section if I remember correctly.
