Anyone know where I can buy bulk ropes locally?

Home depot, Rona etc. don't sell 1.5 inch rope.

The place I have in mind is closed on weekends and would like it sooner than later.

TIA

Marine supply stores. Pricey, but when you gotta have it, you gotta have it. There's Steveston Hardware and Marine.

Looking for best place to get a Mitutoyo Dial Indicator with magnetic stand locally.

Model number is 7046PCK. KMS Tools has it on sale this month for $199.95. Hoping to get it for less. A few places had them on sale for around 155 bucks at Xmas time. $175.00 is a fair price. TIA

Best place to buy a container for sous vide like below in Van. Doesn't exactly have to be that big, even a 10qt one would be ok

Additionally cheapest vacuum bag + sealer recommendations?

came across this one on amazon which seemed like a good deal:

https://www.amazon.ca/FoodSaver-Vacu...rds=food+saver

it sits "taller" too so you save a bit of counter space.

Good quality picture frames that won't break the bank, just a 5x7 frame. If possible, Japanese style.

Ikea and Walmart usually have pretty cheap flat sheets.

I can't remember how much they are, but I love my Dvala set. It's very soft and was reasonably priced for a double iirc.

Back in 2013, the Canadian dollar was stronger. That price is just nuts. I ended up getting the kit at Thomas Skinner in Richmond. Thanks anyway.

So I just looked, and apparently you can't get the flat sheet separate anymore. Just the pillowcases and fitted sheets. Lame. You used to be able to, I bought my mom a flat and pillowcases for her birthday (back in Dec). Maybe they were on clearance...

Costco has sets on for cheap, but I think it's 1 flat and 1 fitted per set.
