Thanks.. I luckily just purchased two large red leather sections (two ~25x30 inch) for $60 at Dressew located on 377 Hasting. All other patches were much smaller and odd\bad colours... so its a hit and miss there.

Refill ink or replacement for 0.5 needle pen? No idea if being a needle tip makes a difference. Never have i needed to refill a pen before it got lost before.

But 84 or one of the other island stores might have some (I think at most it'd be a couple of hours or a day to get from the local warehouse/other stores).

this of course is under the assumption the number in the picture is the exact one OP wants

Look at you Lordco types............. now I know who to bug when I need stuff. I used to have a sponsorship account at Lordco, but that never guaranteed the best prices, lol.
I know people in Abbotsford, but don't go out there that often anymore.

Shipper says that NFL should send out shipments to the Island daily (except Friday/Saturday). So if OP ordered tomorrow, he should see it Monday. Probably Tuesday at the latest. Assuming of course, that is the exact item he wants. Like you said

idk about the actual construction, but those types of pillows are sold at pretty much any bedding/mattress store. i even bought mine at costco a few years ago and it's done wonders for my stiff neck in the mornings.

can't remember the brand it was the only one in store at the time but it's not the one you posted, it's shaped like this (not sure if it's this brand) Novaform Memory Foam Contour Pillow with CoolGelHD 2-pack
had it for a couple of years. keeps it's shape. i'm a poor sleeper regardless so i can't say it's helped. but it hasn't annoyed me by flattening out like most regular pillows do.
