They're not cheap, but the dispensers for those things are like under 10 bucks! It cuts the paper for you, as well as dispense it. You buy the cheap paper towells and cut slits in the centre part and voila, less than half price. Only thing with this place is, you have to buy the shit in cases.

It takes about a month for products to deliver to you. If you ordered it first week of November then you should get it by the end of the month or first week of December depending when they shipped it.
