I agree (edit* v.rossi's comment) that trust is incredibly important, however, its going to be incredibly hard to find a girl who is a virgin and only wants to have only 1 sexual partner in her lifetime. I think the problem with that is girls want to try different things and some will do so much until they get their "fix".
That being said, 1 partner-only virgins DO exist.

i don't know about keeping the phone at home, feels weird for me. kinda like my wallet is missing out of pocket weird. but if it rings, don't look just press the button that stops it from ringing and say "sorry about that must be another girl, tonight you have my undivided attention" gets them all the time.
