Halloween's around the corner! Fireworks law?

Hey! Planning to stock up on some fireworks as usual for this Halloween..
what exactly are the laws on fireworks in vancouver? also i read that fireworks are completely banned in richmond? also as well which fireworks are legal and which are not? thanks!
also interesting to me are the consequences of illegal fireworks if police catch you haha

Richmond has banned fireworks completely by way of a Richmond Bylaw. If I recall correctly, the fine is $275 and seizure of all fireworks.
