Where to buy snorkeling gear??

Just wondering if anyone could give any suggestions where I could buy some snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, flippers) preferably in the downtown Vancouver ares.

I don't need anything too high end or anything, my family is just going on a trip and would rather get our own as oppose to using some places rentals.

Thanks

Not downtown, but there's a diving shop on Canada Way just off Boundary in the little shopping plaza. Be forewarned though, there is construction so it may be a real pain to get there.

i remember there was a place on granville island that sold snorkeling gear. I'd try the other places recommended above first since I'm not sure exactly where it is.

if you want SERIES diving gear (i use it for scuba diving, mask go for 50-200 dollars, fins 80 used or 300 high end.) www.diveidc.com they are at arbutus and granville.

if you want cheap and just fuck and chuck for a vacation, walmart / crappy tire.. I suggest you go get them at walmart

I second Costco's sets. I bought mine in Maui about 5 - 6 years ago and it's been great!

According to their website, they're located on Arbutus and W. Broadway, closer towards W.10th.

Granville and Arbutus are parallel.
