Vehicle inspection places

I got a box 2 v.i. for being too low, too much poke and too loud. I have got the height and wheels fixed. Exhaust is a problem as it's difficult to find the proper downpipe. If I put a silencer on, would I still pass? Technically the exhaust outlet is smaller and it's quieter. Does anyone know places that are more lenient towards exhaust regulations? Please pm

Thanks

Edit: I did use the search function and I went to one of the recommended shops, but the guy didn't speak engrish. All the other results were old to so no flaming for not using the search function please. Lol
