i went to west harrison for a bit, i took it easy so it was nice. TONS of people were there because it was a long weekend. i'd like to do my 5 speed swap during the long weekend but i need to order some parts. how about you??

Went to stave lake and had a BBQ then went into the mountain met a family from Europe with their stock 4runner, got stuck pulling out my friend and broke the tow strap earlier in the day pulling out a coworker, good times, maybe will try going up to Squamish for next long weekend

anyone been wheeling lately? went up harrison again today, did the lookout lake loop etc etc and also went to francis lake, never been there before. awesome weather but tons of dust, i was driving behind my friends YJ all day since hes got half doors and no roof

picked up a 93 4runner today, needs a brake line replaced and a door pounded out
probably gonna do a trip up to davis lake for camping and fishing in July

so what are some good local light trails? my truck is new so i dont wanna do anything too crazy with it that ill later regret. lol. truck is a 2011 f150 fx4.

The main road up Stave is pretty easy - a well-trodden forestry access road.

grab yourself a BC backroads map book very handy to have in your truck if wanna do some exploring...i grabbed mine from canadian tire...get the one for a specific region you wanna explore...

I was camping on the island last year for 10 days, damn near every fsr was gated. Talked to the locals and there was too much dumping and vandalism of logging equipment etc so everything got gated. Really sad, that's why I put in a huge effort to clean up peoples shit when I go wheeling, I'd hate for that to happen over here!

So who went away this weekend?? Post up some pics!

There is fish at Davis, I was catching small 6-8" ones right from the shore last year.
