It's always parked on Rodeo Drive, right in front of his store, next to Hermes. He has people pay for the parking meter as well!

I believe there is one in Vancouver. There was a spotted thread somewhere on here.

the RR looks disgusting

Takes a few months for new cars to get assigned plates down there but they're still insured so they can drive around plate-less while they wait, i believe.
I find it a very odd system. Makes it a lot easier for people drive around uninsured without the risk of getting caught.
