Does anyone think Melissandre has powers to have kings killed? We've seen what she can do with king's splooge but what about king's blood?

I now understand why it takes so goddamn long to write these books. I don't know of anything else with such a richly imagined world. There's just so much and I don't even feel like we're reading the most epic parts of the story either.
