Soarer VVT-i, possible?

I have a 92 JZZ30 Soarer, and I was wondering if you guys think its possible to basically switch the head and ecu with the 97-00 model to get the VVT-i? If it is possible would i need to change the entire head or just the cams and the cam gears?

Thanks
