The King's Speech

Saw this a few days ago. Thought it was a great movie. Moving, witty, well paced. I can't think of anything bad to say.

Colin Firth played the role quite well, I thought. Geoffrey Rush is always good. Helena Bonham Carter was a big surprise for me actually - because I haven't seen her in anything but Harry Potter.

Well worth a watch. I definitely think this is something worth winning an oscar for.

I watched the trailer, and I didn't actually think it's that good a representation of the movie.

I took a look at IMDB - and yes, I guess I've seen her in a few things... but I guess I just never paid attention to her...

I just came back from watching this movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great acting, witty dialogue, and a solid script. Definitely Oscar grade.

I finally saw this. It was pretty decent. The pacing was great, the events in the film was pretty good and the acting was amazing. As much as this was a drama, as much as it was predictable in the obvious title, it was beautiful. To tell you the truth, at the end, I was really proud of him and Helena Bonham Carter's final reaction as if she got of a big orgasm was exactly how i felt; Colin did a great job and man it's about time he won something.

directing was good 8.5 / 10
script was 8.5/10
acting was a solid 9/10

LOVED this movie. Been awhile since I've seen a really good movie (this is by choice as sometimes I like to watch brain dead stupid shit).

I think Helena is scary looking. Especially in Terminator 4.
