Tried white flood today, definitely more tame than 1MR, I may use it for most of my workouts though since it still keeps me nice and focused without being jittery, and 1MR it the odd time I really want to kick some ass in the gym

with the $12 voucher worth $30, my total came to $11 and some change. so in total, got a tub of razor 8 for $23

so gave razor 8 a shot yesterday. the shit is pretty strong even without 1,3d. took half a scoop yesterday and it felt really good and not extremely stimmed out like 1mr. reminds me of the first time i took superpump where my legs got numb and a bit cold but u can feel the blood rushing through ur body lol.

did help me push out a few more reps than usual and the energy i had was pretty consistent for about 1.5-2 hours. only downside was that it made me a bit jittery afterwards and makes u sweat like crazy since i felt my body heat up more than usual. in terms of preworkouts for me so far...

razor 8 = mp assault >> superpump 250 > white flood >>> 1mr (just cause the old formula makes u feel like shit)

so overall, yeah worth $40 from popeyes. not to mention that since the serving size is pretty small, itll last awhile unlike assault or pump.

I'm not sure what you guys are talking about. GNC is a very reputable place. I've been buying my cell tech from there for years.

there are so many protein powders out there dude, i usually go with one that is low carb like 1g of carbs per shake, and no there are no side effects i have been taking for years and yeah, i only take 1-2 a day dont over load and think it is a meal and live off them

Supplements Canada.com - Optimum 100% Whey Gold Standard Protein @ Supplements Canada .com - Canada's lowest sports nutrition prices!, this is like the ferraris of protein, trusted brand for many years and cant go wrong, little pricey but it is still not bad and u get like 77 servings that is alllot

There is one side effect from protein....DIARRHEA! I try to keep my protein intake under 40 grams (unless its a huge steak or something). I heard the human body is only capable of taking in 35-50 grams at a time, the rest turns into farts or mud...LOL!

I use costco Isolate for post workout, and cytosport MUSCLE MILK for mornings/nights/sipping on during class.

cardio and eating properly
fat burners are stupid and made with 80percent fillers, green tea, maybe some caffeine and if u can find raspberry keytones, your should never have to look at a supp to loose weight. trust me on that

CLA ( Conjugated Linoleic Acid ) - helps reduce body fat levels while improving muscle tone as for side effects you should search it up yourself to see if the risks are worth it

and if you're worried about side effects

do what halo said... cardio and eating properly

don't forget resistance training too, to shape up... you'll burn more calories than just cardio alone

Other than eating properly and cardio, the main point to take from here is "a supp to loose weight".

Take one to give you the extra push, or mind fuck you need to keep up a good workout, but don't rely on it, or any pills for that matter, to lose the weight for you.

Eat properly, hard work, and consistency!

I started out with superpump, and I had no side affects, other than the supershits, but that was only the first few days.

So first time going to buy a pre-workout here. I'm thinking about getting Jack3d just to try it out, is it well worth it? Some people tell me it's a hit or miss but mostly good reviews.

Which flavor do you guys recommend?

Edit: Also checking out Razor 8/Fighter's Food at the moment. How much is a tub at Popeye's or GNC?

I find svncanada.com and xfuel, who work with them, to be cheaper. If supplementscanada.com has a cheaper price, I just point it out to the guy at Xfuel and he gives me a couple bucks off the site's price.

Tried Razor 8 today, half scoop as directed. Felt wired and focused to push extra reps. Had a really weird anxious feeling though afterward, my patience dropped. Did any of you guys have any negative side effects with the 1,3 dimethyl.?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, some nausea afterward (almost felt like throwing up) I think that was mainly to lack of hydration though.
