I got Assault last week and have been trying it again. Rasberyy Lemonade flavour is great. 1/2 scoop didn't help much but a full scoop was awesome. Was thristy through my workout and into the evening so I have to drink plenty of water.

Even though I took it at 4pm, it kept me awake! I am very sensitive to caffeine and preworkouts though.

Craze sounds... nuts

Just finished two 100 serving tubs of these and on to my next two that I just ordered:

I find this one much stronger than Assault but it could be reasons due to a pre-workout change. I have used Assault for a long while now and decided to switch it up.

Focus: 9/10
Strength gains: 9/10
Pump: 10/10
Taste: 8/10

Craze sounds like a pre-rave supplement to me.

Anyone else here just drink coffee as their pre-workout supplement?

I used to but the problem with coffee is that it gives you the shits, as does superdump 250/assault/anything with caffeine in liquid form.

200mg caffeine (pill) + 25mg ephedrine is usually pretty good to get you in the zone, and avoid the PWO induced shits.

Just a note, anyone who buys 1MR , don't buy the watermelon flavor. I bought it because it came with with 20% more, but its honestly horrible.

Currently using Purple Wraath

No caffeine in it, so it's definitely not a stimulant type PWO. I'm using "Purple lemonade" flavor which tastes... meh. Let's just say it doesn't take like Lemonade, but more like Lemon Candy, like those lemon drops.

This stuff has A LOT of Beta-Alanine in it, like tons. You think Assualt gives you the itchies, this shit leaves you feeling like you have the strongest tingle lotion all over your body lol. I actually like the feeling, even if it might just be a gimic.

It's a good PWO though, I'd give it a 8/10, gives you an amazing pump. If you're looking for a PWO without caffeine I would definitely suggest it.

yeah that's more of an intra workout, perfect for doing fasted workouts. I use Xtend. I have used Atomic 7, but I find that the flavour is too weak to use a lot of water with.

Will be interesting to see if products with DMAA (Jack3d/Oxylite) are pulled in the US. It was already banned in Canada in July 2011.

Yes they are in the process of being pulled. Smartpowders is having a fire sale on pure DMAA, so when the new products come out without it, you can add it back in.
