weird. I feel more relaxed on craze than 1MR or Razor 8.

I have my caffeine intake nailed down pretty well... 100mg first thing, then the 200mg (I don't use a full scoop) in Assault. Then I have another 100-200mg with my 'breakfast' in the form of a milk tea or yin yeung.. then that's it for the day, although sometimes I will have a Coke Zero when I get home (that's only around 30mg though IIRC)
In addition to Assault I am starting the day with 25g of whey isolate (chugged down before my caffeine drink), 100mcg huperzine A, 750mg oxiracetam, 900mg Alpha GPC
Caffeine is really good for you in moderate doses, and works great with fasting. Figure out what works for you, and stick to it.

cellucor c4 is great. ive been using assault for the past year, maybe a bit more and found that assault ruins my appetite. c4 doesnt do that and gives a crazy pump
