took jack3d today for the first time, only one scoop. But good god, that was the best workout i had! i felt so concentrated

lucky you ... i had to take 3 scoops of jack3d to feel something
right now taking razor 8 1/2 scoop
don't really feel anything ( tingles, jitters, etc ) and no crash
but it helps me focus on my last few reps

i'm just doing as it says, one scoop for the first 3 times, on the 4th one ill prob do 2 until i dont feel anymore and ill go up to 3 after that , once im done this though, ima give assault a try

Ill keep this in mind next time because I had a light snack and then drank R8, felt like it didn't kick in as I'd expect it. 1 full cup. Still had a really nice workout though!

Looks like Muscletech released their own "super-concentrated" pre-workout called Neurocore.
It looks to have a good profile, but what do you guys think of it?

I find mp assault keeps me focused and good feelin the whole workout , I do no like being jacked up on caffeine , mp assault is prob the best pre I have tried Posted via RS Mobile | |

Assault is probly the way to go good clean energy no crash and not really over the top caffeine high like 1mr
White flood v2 is a close second

Thats not saying assault is bad, but I prefer 1MR.
IF you decide to try 1MR first and you're new to supps, do NOT take a full scoop
